1. Post : Director Research : 1 Post : Pay scale : ( 37400-67000 + AGP of 10, 000/- + 400 Special pay)
Qualification & Experience:
i. Doctorate degree in any branch of Agriculture/ Veterinary or Allied Sciences.
ii. A minimum of 15 years’ experience of teaching and/ or research experience of which at least 07 years should be in the rank of Professor or equivalent in any Agricultural University or Research Institute.
2. Dean, F.V.Sc. & A.H. : 1 Post : Pay scale : ( 37400-67000 + AGP of 10, 000/- + 400 Special pay)
Qualification & Experience:
i. Doctorate degree in any discipline/subject of the concerned Faculty.
ii. A minimum of 15 years experience of teaching and research of which at least 07 years should be in the rank of Professor or equivalent in any branch of Veterinary Sciences.
3. Professor/Chief Scientist : 2 Posts : Pay scale : 37400-67000 + AGP of 10,000/-
Qualification & Experience:
i. Doctorate degree in the subject concerned or in specified related disciplines as the case may be.
ii. 12 years teaching and/or research experience (not below the rank of Assistant Professor) in the concerned subject, out of which 5 years should be in the rank of Associate Professor or equivalent.
4. Assoc. Professor/Sr. Scientist : 2 Posts : Pay scale : ( 15600-39100 + AGP of 8000/-)
Qualification & Experience:
i. Doctorate degree in the subject concerned.
ii. 7 years experience of teaching and/or research in the subject concerned out of which four years should be in the rank of Assistant Professor or equivalent.
5. Asstt. Professor/Jr. Scientist : 5 Posts : Pay scale : ( 15600-39100 + AGP 6000/-)
Qualification & Experience:
i. High second class Master’s degree (more than 55% marks) or equivalent Postgraduate qualification in the concerned subject.
ii. Ph.D degree in the subject concerned.
iii. NET
6. Subject Matter Specialist : 8 posts : Pay scale : ( 15600-39100 + AGP of 5400/-)
Qualification & Experience:
i. High second class Master’s degree (more than 55% marks) or equivalent Postgraduate qualification in the concerned subject.
ii. Ph.D degree in the subject concerned. (Ph.D. is relaxable for candidates holding Post graduation degree in Veterinary Sciences)
